Description

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup vegan marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop a portion of dough, flatten it slightly, place a spoonful of Nutella and a dollop of marshmallow fluff in the center, then wrap the dough around it.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes until set but still soft. Cool on the baking sheet.
