- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup Nutella
- ½ cup vegan marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop a portion of dough, flatten it slightly, place a spoonful of Nutella and a dollop of marshmallow fluff in the center, then wrap the dough around it.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until set but still soft. Cool on the baking sheet.
