Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large red apples
  • 1 3/4 cups apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  3. Blend the mixture using an immersion blender until smooth (it will thicken later).
  4. Return the blended mixture to the pot and cook uncovered over medium heat for another 30-45 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve warm or let cool before storing in jars.
