- 1 (9-inch) store-bought pumpkin pie (premade/storebought)
- 12 ounces unsalted butter (softened, 3 sticks)
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 3–4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (cold)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the cheesecake layer by mixing softened cream cheese with sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake for about 45 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely.
- For the spice cake layer, mix flour, baking powder, spices, butter, brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, egg, and milk until combined. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.
