  • 20 gyozas (or potstickers)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients by grating garlic and ginger. Boil a large saucepan of salted water.
  2. In a separate pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and coconut milk; stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, red curry paste, and lime juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package directions (about 2-3 minutes). Drain well.
  5. Serve gyozas in bowls and ladle the hot soup over them. Garnish with chives or veggies as desired.
