- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and generously brush half of the glaze over them.
- Bake for 8 minutes; then remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
