  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
