- 3.5 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
- 9 ounces instant ramen noodles
- Toppings: boiled eggs, chili oil, sesame seeds, chopped chives
Instructions
