- ¼ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- For frosting: 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened), 2½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix well. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough into balls and coat with cinnamon-sugar mixture before placing on lined baking sheets.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
