Instructions
- Prepare the slime filling by mixing softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar, all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and neon green food coloring until smooth.
- For the cookie dough, cream together room temperature butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Stir in milk, baking soda, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
