- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 3 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter (for caramel)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel)
- 1 tsp sea salt (for caramel)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
- Toss sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour and spread over the cooled crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
