  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Zest from 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Flake into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds), add spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, adding Parmesan gradually until melted. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Toss drained pasta with the sauce and flaked salmon, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
