- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 pounds red potatoes (washed and quartered)

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup half and half
- fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cut off the top of the garlic head, wrap in foil with olive oil, and roast for about an hour until soft.
