- 2 twists black pepper

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 twists black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Optionally, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the woody stems from the halved Brussels sprouts, rinse them under cool water, and pat dry.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- While roasting, prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, apple cider vinegar, orange juice, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar or bowl; shake or whisk until well mixed.
