  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
