- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1–2 cups ice cubes
- Cold oat milk, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: ½ tsp maple extract, cinnamon sticks or pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Prepare the syrup by whisking together brown sugar, pumpkin puree, cinnamon (or spice), and warm water in a saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla and maple extracts, then strain if desired.
