Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, cloves, and ginger.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, milk, and egg until well combined.
