  • 1½ cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with granulated sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter; stir until bubbling. Remove from heat and whisk in beaten eggs slowly. Stir in chopped pecans and a pinch of salt before letting cool for about five minutes.
