  • 1 cup (240g) almond butter
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • 1/4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup (40g) mini dark chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp (15-30ml) unsweetened almond milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, and peppermint extract until well mixed.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, add unsweetened almond milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
