- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 150 grams fresh mozzarella or shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
