- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Additional fresh lemon juice for glaze
Instructions
