  • 100ml warm water
  • 100g sour cream
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • 250g Hokkaido pumpkin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings

  • 10 walnuts, roughly chopped
  • Fresh thyme

Instructions
