- 2 links spicy Italian sausage (or turkey sausage)
- Leeks
- Fennel bulb
- Parsnip
- Carrot
- Celery
- Garlic
- Canned tomatoes
- Navy beans
- Chicken stock/broth
- Kale
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; set aside.
