- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 cup edamame (cooked)
- 1/2 cup sriracha mayo
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and water.
- Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and let it thicken slightly.
- Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, and edamame; drizzle with sriracha mayo.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or red pepper flakes if desired.
