  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then alternately mix in dry ingredients and milk until smooth. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  4. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
