  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly, then press into the prepared pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  3. In another bowl, combine peach slices, granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla. Let sit for enhanced sweetness.
