- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly, then press into the prepared pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, combine peach slices, granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla. Let sit for enhanced sweetness.
- For the crumb topping, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread peach filling over cooled crust and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown.
