Instructions

  3. Add ground turkey; cook until browned (5-7 mins). Season with spices.
  4. Stir in red bell pepper and spinach; cook for another 2-3 mins.
  5. Boil diced sweet potatoes in a separate pot until tender (about 10 mins), then drain.
  6. In a baking dish, layer sweet potatoes and turkey mixture. Pour chicken broth over the top.
