  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 of a lime (juiced)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook 1 pound of lean ground beef until browned and crumbled. Add garlic powder, green onions, salt, pepper, and soy sauce; cook until combined.
  2. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Sauté 1 pound of shredded brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until soft and caramelized.
  3. Combine the cooked beef with brussels sprouts in the skillet, adding ½ cup of sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir to coat evenly.
