- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop dollops onto a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for at least one hour.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
