  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium Yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
