  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef broth (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one can of crescent rolls into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing seams together.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly over the dough, followed by the grated Swiss cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, melted butter, non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; drizzle over the cheese layer.
  5. Roll out the second can of crescent rolls on top and pinch seams together.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While baking, warm up the beef broth on medium heat for dipping.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serve with warm broth.
