Instructions

  1. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken evenly with this spice rub and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
