- 1/2 cup cold and cubed butter (for topping)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8×4-inch bread pans.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
- Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Add canola oil and eggs; mix until just combined.
- Fold in pumpkin puree and water until smooth.
