Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by dissolving it with honey in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture to form a sticky dough; cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the risen dough into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, and sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; rotate halfway through.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
