- ¼ cup double cream
- 3 ½ oz unsalted ground pistachios
- 3 ½ oz kataifi pastry (chopped and separated)
- 9 oz milk chocolate (finely chopped)
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
- Add vegetable oil and water, mix until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and pipe batter into thin strands; cook until set.
- Melt white chocolate with double cream until smooth in the microwave.
- Blend ground pistachios into a paste; mix into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Toast kataifi strands with butter in a pan until golden brown.
- Combine toasted kataifi with the pistachio mixture and chill in the fridge.
- Once chilled, scoop out portions, roll into balls, then dip in melted milk chocolate.
- Chill again until coating sets before serving.
