Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll it up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving.
