- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll it up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving.
