  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp apple pie spice
  • 5 tbsp cinnamon (reserve 1 tbsp for topping)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • Olive oil nonstick spray

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, apple pie spice, and 4 tablespoons of cinnamon.
  3. Coat apple wedges in the flour mixture by shaking in a container with a lid.
  4. Whisk together eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  5. Dredge each coated apple wedge in the egg wash, then return to the flour mixture for a second coat.

  7. Spray air fryer basket with olive oil; arrange apple wedges in a single layer and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mix.
  8. Cook at 350°F for about six minutes, flip, spray again, top with remaining sugar mix, and cook for another six minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
