  • 10 oz bag of Hershey Caramel Kisses
  • Sea Salt Flakes (optional)
  • Salted Caramel Sugar (optional)
  • Dark Cocoa Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until fully blended.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar, and place on sheets 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 6-8 minutes, add caramel kisses on top, then bake for an additional 2 minutes.
