- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salsa and sour cream for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread seasoned meat on one half of the dough and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing edges tightly.
- Cut into strips, twist each strip, and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
