- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
- 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 grams chopped walnuts
- 6–8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for electric non-fan forced ovens.
- Drizzle honey over each puff pastry sheet, spreading evenly.
- Divide the walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, and thyme between the sheets. Season with salt and pepper.
