- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- While the salmon bakes, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a bowl.
- Once cooked, drizzle the sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
