Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  3. While the salmon bakes, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a bowl.
  4. Once cooked, drizzle the sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
