- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup finely grated mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
- 3/4 cup fresh spinach
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thin fillets and arrange them in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the remaining garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
