- 1 block (8 oz) Feta Cheese
- 1 lb Pasta (such as rotini, orzo, or ditalini)
- 10 leaves Fresh Sage (minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Hot Honey (or regular honey)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, toss cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a baking dish with the feta in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and red pepper flakes if desired. Bake for about 30 minutes until tender.

- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve one cup of pasta water before draining.
- Once baked, stir in minced garlic, fresh sage, and honey into the squash and feta mixture. Add cooked pasta along with reserved pasta water until creamy.
