  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, for crumble topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. For the crumble topping, mix flour, sugars, and cinnamon in a bowl; add melted butter until clumps form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugars until fluffy; add eggs one at a time along with sour cream and vanilla.
