  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl; stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press into cupcake liners and chill.
  3. For the streusel topping, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix in melted butter until coarse crumbs form. Chill.
