Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture while adding reduced apple cider until smooth.
