  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and position the rack in the middle.

  3. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together apple cider and applesauce (or apple butter).
